My 3 year old likes it, so far, but for the cost its way too short of an app. A few bugs to fix...weve had to restart a few times. Im disappointed, but my son isnt.

My son was a big fan of the book thus we picked this app up and hes enjoyed it the last few days. Well see if it has staying power. The music is nice folk/bluegrass. Train/cars are interactive. Only complaint is that for an app, its short. Course my 30 month old doesnt seem to have the same complaint.

Fine app if it worked. It keeps freezing up. Tried on both a 3GS and 4 with up to date IOS. Please fix the bugs.

This app was less buggy with previous iOS versions, but crashes about half way through now. It almost always crashed at the end in every version. That being said, our three year old loves it. Fix the bugs and it becomes 5 star.

We have yet to make it through a full run of this app, so I cant accurately review its content. It crashes every time, either right after the purple box car or as soon as the train starts going down the tracks. My son really loves what he has seen of the app, but not being able to finish it is really disappointing for us both!

My son loves the book so when I found this app I was thrilled. However, I neglected to read the reviews. It keeps crashing and when I am able to open it, the app crashes after the purple box car!!! It it possible to receive a refund? Seriously, what a waste, I feel ripped off. DO NOT BUY THIS APP! Save your money!

Bought the app. It crashes as soon as you open it. Doesnt even load. DO NOT BUY!

Had this for long time kids LOVE it but now crashes all the time will not open plz fix it

Our two year old loves this book and app, but it crashes all the time on our first generation iPad with current OS, so we paid again to buy the app for our iPhone 5s and 6, and it wont even open on either device! What a waste of money, but thats not the problem, we want the app to work! I hope the company is reading this and does the right thing to release an upgrade to fix the problem.

We wanted so badly to love this app. My son was so excited to try it. Freight Train is and has been a favorite story from the very first read, so I thought this would be a great purchase. Probably the first and only time Ive ever downloaded an app without reading the reviews first.... Big mistake. We have no idea what all this app includes, as it generally crashes on startup. We have tried and failed so many times to load this that my train OBSESSED three year old gave up on it. So disappointed. From the other reviews I have since read, it doesnt appear that the developer has any interest in fixing the bugs, as the same complaints have been echoing for years now. Bummer. :(

Great app. My child loved the board book but when we found this app it instantly became her favorite. The music and animation really enhance the story. Parents and children will want to sing along. Kudos to Curious Puppy!

Dosnt work on 2nd gen iPod touch. Thanks for nothing.

Very disappointed as the app has crashed every time my son or I have run this app. The music is fantastic, however the app isnt working.

My son LOVES this book so the app was a must when I saw it. However the app crashes every time either half way through the book or right at start up. My poor little boy gets so frustrated because he so badly wants to play with this app and cant get into it 75% of the time and when he does he cant finish it Its one thing to disappoint an adult, but how can you explain to a 1 1/2 year old that he cant play his favorite app because its broken? PLEASE fix this app and also allow to choose a place in the book to start instead of having to start at the beginning every time. Once fixed this will definitely be a 5 star app.

The train is so beautiful. Love the colors and the spirit of this book ap. Please create some more in this series!

My son loved this very simple application, until we upgraded our iOS, and now it doesnt work anymore. It has been many, many months, and there has been no update from the publisher. Sometimes it works halfway through, and then crashes. My guess is that they have given this app up for dead, as unprofitable. DONT buy this application unless they decide to support it with a fix!!!

This app has yet to work. My 2 1/2 yo loves the book and got quite excited when we opened the app. It crashes every time without fail. I deleted it because my little guy was so frustrated- then he was upset because it was gone. Not worth the purchase unless massive improvements are made.

Worked so well for a short while until they released an update that killed it. Now, halfway through, it crashes without fail. It was my 1.5 yo favorite app for about a month. Great sounds, songs, colors. Fix this please!!!

My daughter loves this book and other apps by this publisher, but this apps crashes every time. We have never seen the entire book in the app. Please fix it. It would be one of our favorites if it didnt crash.
